Helping you move forward
How it works
Counselling can help with managing overwhelming emotions.
It can help with, anxiety, bereavement, communication problems, confidence, and self esteem issues, coping with change, dependency, depression, past issues, sadness, separation, transition and life changes, vulnerability, or work-related stress.
Therapy can support you to move past difficult events, build confidence, address issues that may be difficult to speak to friends and family about.
-
I offer a one-to-one, Person-Centred approach to therapy. I follow the BACP code of ethics, which means I am fully insured and have regular supervisions.
I aim to address mild to moderate mental health concerns. I use an integrative approach, which means I incorporate aspects from many modalities—such as art-based sessions or a little CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I can offer sessions in sets of six or more, or single one-off sessions. I aim to keep a small number of daytime and evening slots available should you wish to see me today.
